New Dean Appointed to Sexual Harassment Post
Ellen Porter Honnet, currently the Assistant Senior Tutor at Lowell House, has been appointed as the interim assistant dean of the College for coeducation, responsible for handling sexual harassment complaints at Harvard. This follows Marlyn M. Lewis's departure for a position in the office of the Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences. Honnet, who has been actively involved in sexual harassment issues and student peer counseling services, emphasized the importance of trust and aims to address increased educational efforts, peer harassment issues, and the administration of the University's procedures in her new role.| Creator |
