Student Raped; Forced Into Car On Way to Quad
A sophomore was raped early morning while walking alone up Garden Street towards the Radcliffe Quad. Two youths forced her into their car at knifepoint and drove to Jamaica Plain where they raped her. They then returned her to Garden Street, ensuring she could not see their license plates. Lieutenant John Norton highlighted the frequent occurrence of crimes against women, noting many go unreported. Radcliffe deans and Harvard police declined to comment on the latest incident.
