Summer School Student Reports Assault Attempt
Christopher A. Wodja, a 30-year-old Newton resident, has been charged with attempting to rape a 16-year-old Harvard summer school student from Puerto Rico. The incident occurred near the Boston College MBTA stop after the student accepted a ride from Wodja. He allegedly assaulted her in the car, and after she escaped, he dragged her to a wooded area where the assault continued. The student managed to escape when Wodja briefly left her. An off-duty firefighter heard her screams, noted the car's license plate, and police traced the vehicle to Wodja, who had taken it without permission.| Creator |
