27 Rapes, 70 Burglaries Reported at Harvard in 2016
In 2016, reported rapes on Harvard’s Cambridge campus decreased to 27 from over 30 the previous year, while non-consensual fondling reports increased from 6 to 11. Only two reported rapes were deemed unfounded by HUPD. Harvard had the second-highest number of reported rapes among Ivy League campuses, following Brown.
