Two College Students Dismissed for Sexual Misconduct
The Faculty Council dismissed two undergraduates for sexual misconduct as announced by Dean Michael D. Smith. These cases, the last under the old sexual harassment policy, involved one student with three harassment complaints and another with one. The new procedures expand Harvard's central sexual harassment investigation office's jurisdiction to include cases of alleged sexual harassment by faculty and staff.| Creator |
