Harvard Prof. Fryer Denies Sexual Harassment Allegations in Letter
Economics Professor Roland G. Fryer, Jr. denied all allegations of sexual harassment in a letter published in the New York Times, amidst ongoing investigations by Harvard and the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination into alleged sexual and financial misconduct. Harvard's Office for Dispute Resolution has opened three inquiries, and scrutiny is also on Fryer's spending at EdLabs, the research group he founded. Fryer asserts that EdLabs has been collegial but admits to allowing and participating in inappropriate jokes, acknowledging this as wrong. He denies retaliating against employees, making sexual advances, or receiving prior concerns from Harvard officials about his conduct.| Creator |
