Law School Student Pleads Not Guilty to Indecent Assault
Harvard Law School student Brandon J. Winston pleaded not guilty to two counts of indecent assault and battery. Winston is accused of touching a 24-year-old woman's breast and vaginal area on January 15, 2011. Indicted on these charges last month, he was released on bail with conditions including no contact with the victim and surrendering his passport.
