Law Student Charged With Indecent Assault and Battery
Harvard Law School student Brandon J. Winston has been indicted on two counts of indecent assault and battery involving a 24-year-old woman. The charges stem from an incident on January 15, 2011, where Winston allegedly touched the victim's vaginal area and breast. The charges could affect his standing at Harvard Law, which allows for involuntary leave of absence for students charged with serious criminal behavior.| Creator |
