Faculty Votes 119-19 To Dismiss Douglas
The Harvard faculty voted 119-19 to dismiss Drew Douglas, Class of 2000, following his guilty plea to sexual assault and battery of an undergraduate student. Douglas is barred from contacting the victim or returning to Harvard for five years and is serving 18 months of house arrest. The dismissal is intended to be permanent, marking one of the strongest disciplinary actions taken by the university in recent times.| Creator |
